Pouilly-Fumé

Our Pouilly Fumé is a dry white wine, made from 100 % Sauvignon grape.

It is vinified, bottled at the domain and marketed by us in France and in about twenty countries.

Pouilly Fumé is a wine that can be drunk young and that keeps its aromatic characteristics for 5 to 10 years. It is a perfect accompaniment to fish, shellfish (especially scallops), white meats and goat’s cheese (in particular, the Crottin de Chavignol, from the same region). It can also, quite simply, be enjoyed as an aperitif.
