Our Pouilly-sur-Loire is produced from our two parcels of Chasselas, which include our oldest vines.

Lighter and more discreet than Pouilly Fumé, Pouilly-sur-Loire is appreciated on simple occasions. Fruity and mineral, it is the ally of the Loire fry, mussels in cream sauce, fresh goat cheese, or a river fish in cream sauce.
